A truly client-focused subdivision service, all the running around is handled by us—this includes dealing with government bodies, making sure plans are compliant, paying fees and levies, organising surveyors and pegging, and all the other finicky bits and pieces.
From the outset, we made a conscious effort to assist not only established developers and builders but also the ‘mums and dads’ —people who weren’t ‘in the know’—to give them the best chance of a positive outcome. From this, we’ve gained a reputation for professionalism, availability, and efficiency.

Today, many of our clients are still one-off developers who are happy for us to handle their subdivision. That’s not to say we don’t work with regular or larger developers and builders—we do! We’re highly regarded in the industry because we know what we’re doing and we do it with a minimum of fuss.
It’s about making the subdivision process as simple and stress-free as possible. Much of the process consists of paperwork and chasing up people—fortunately, we know the right people to chase and, more importantly, they know us. This makes for a positive, efficient, and cost-effective outcome.
Over time, we’ve formed excellent working relationships with key government bodies, like SA Water and Planning SA. We look at the big picture (not just the plans in front of us) and are proactive in our efforts to make our consultancy a point of contact for all parties concerned.
